Managing data quality can be challenging in large organisations – many processes (and people) may interact with data. Some helpful staff may create spreadsheet copies of enterprise data and then keep these up to date.

Our training course on Data Quality Management is a dynamic, thought provoking session covering:

  • The nature of the data asset – why it is typically difficult to manage in large organisations
  • Using ISO 8000 as a framework for a data quality management regime – including a number of progressive exercises that build on previous themes and exercises
  • The human factor – awareness of the Data Zoo to help delegates understand how behaviours can affect data quality
  • Making a difference – steps to plan and implement changes in the way your organisation manages data quality

This one-day course is suitable for up to 12 delegates and can be delivered on your premises, in our training room in Lichfield or on a third-party site.

For a list of planned open courses, see our Training page, or for more information download our one-page flyer.
