Managing data quality can be challenging in large organisations – many processes (and people) may interact with data. Some helpful staff may create spreadsheet copies of enterprise data and then keep these up to date.
Our Managing Data Quality series of courses are dynamic and thought provoking covering:
- The enterprise data asset – why it is typically difficult to manage in large organisations
- People and data – using the Data Zoo to raise awareness of how behaviours can affect data quality and what drives those behaviours
- ISO 8000-61 as a framework for a data quality management – including a number of progressive exercises that build on previous themes and exercises
- Implementing data quality management – steps to plan and implement changes in the way your organisation manages data quality
This training is available as a series of online courses or can be delivered as a one-day course. The face-to-face course is an effective way of building and strengthening the data community in your organisation. It is suitable for up to 12 delegates and can be delivered on your premises, in our training room in Lichfield or on a third-party site.
For a list of planned open courses, see our Training page, or for more information download our one-page flyer.
