At DPA we have extensive, hands on experience of working with multifunctional groups in large/medium organisations to review and improve business processes.
Experience includes developing and managing complex, multi-user processes, mapping existing and future business processes, change readiness assessments and change management. We also undertake audits and assessments of the effectiveness of business processes.
